Located on the South Shore of Long Island, our brewhouse and taproom is located across the street from the LIRR train station and a block away from the beach. Previously the local five & dime store, the brewery was built out and opened in 2020. All of our beers are brewed onsite on our 15-barrel brew system. With nine beers on tap, we hope you can catch a fresh one with us!

Another 6-year anniversary brew, with 6 hop varieties! Strata, Mosaic, El Dorado, Chinook Cryo, Simcoe, and Citra Hyperboost and Dynaboost.
Pixy Stix West Coast IPA
A citrusy blast with a dry finish. DDH with a whole lotta Citra and Krush.
Def Mos Mosaic Pils
West Coast style pilsner, dry-hopped with Mosaic, Mosaic, and more Mosaic.
Little Bit of Everything DIPA
Another 6-year anniversary brew! Dry-hopped at 6 lbs per barrel - Simcoe, Columbus Cryo, Mosaic Cryo Fresh, Strata Hyperboost, Mosaic, Krush Cryo Fresh.
