Taproom
Taproom
Located on the South Shore of Long Island, our brewhouse and taproom is located across the street from the LIRR train station and a block away from the beach. Previously the local five & dime store, the brewery was built out and opened in 2020. All of our beers are brewed onsite on our 15-barrel brew system. With nine beers on tap, we hope you can catch a fresh one with us!
What's On Tap
Head to Head Hazy IPA
A hazy spin on our classic Eye to Eye. DDH with Citra and Strata for a juicy little number.
Day Star American IPA
Fruity hops balanced by a lightly malty backbone. DDH with Simcoe, Chinook, Citra and Citra Cryo.
Bambluezled Blueberry Sour
Fermented with Philly Sour yeast & fruited with blueberry.
Basic Batch California Common
Brewed with lager yeast, but fermented at ale temps, this basic batch is anything but basic. However, she tastes quite simply delicious.
Freebie Blonde Ale
We won some hops from the good folks that work at Ales for ALS. Proceeds from this brew will be donated to ALS research.
Hopping Stuffers Hoppy Lager
Pours clear as a crisp lager. Stuffed with Simcoe, Centennial, and Columbus for a hoppy finish.
You Thinkin What I'm Thinkin? West Coast IPA
Bone dry west coast-style IPA brewed with Riwaka, Simcoe, Citra DynaBoost, and Chinook Cryo with our friend Ben from Boneyard Beer in Bend, Oregon.
Crazy Pants Creamsicle Ale
One of our first beers ever brewed on site - conditioned on hand zested oranges and vanilla beans.
